Willamette Valley AVA – 2019

A textured and ripe white co-ferment that bathed together on their skins for 5 days before pressing off into neutral oak puncheons for fermentation. Medium-bodied, with integrated acidity to balance the luscious finish. Alcohol between 12–13%. This blend of Chardonnay, Grüner Veltliner, and Albariño delivers all it advertises with ripe tropical fruit, snap peas, and a finish with mineral salinity to leave you wanting another sip.

45% Chardonnay 35% Grüner Veltliner 20% Albariño

Chehalem Mountains AVA – 2019

An exciting and satisfying co-fermented blend highlighting the symbiotic relationship of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. Light to medium-bodied, with juicy acidity, peppery tannins and alcohol that ranges between 12–14%. This unique wine has complex flavors that include bing cherry, plum, mushroom and forest floor.

70% Pinoit Noir 30% Pinot Gris
