A textured and ripe white co-ferment that bathed together on their skins for 5 days before pressing off into neutral oak puncheons for fermentation. Medium-bodied, with integrated acidity to balance the luscious finish. Alcohol between 12–13%. This blend of Chardonnay, Grüner Veltliner, and Albariño delivers all it advertises with ripe tropical fruit, snap peas, and a finish with mineral salinity to leave you wanting another sip.
